Huntington Beach does have crime, only it is white collar and ongoing. The Law Office of Les Zieve makes one wonder if white collar crime is O.K. in Orange County. I seems to be true as this Law office is well known for its illegal activities one which makes them criminal in tampering with the Title to homes without the real owners knowledge. This is called Grand Theft and apparently if done in Orange County by Lawyers it is O.K. The Bar association knows of this, the Orange County District Attorney is aware And the Local sherriff is well aware of Les Zieve and his Law Office's involvement of slandering property Titles from unsuspected Home Owners. The victims are told to fight it out in Civil Court, however the original move by the Law Office is Grand Theft, a crime. Why homeowners are fighting for the Voidability of the action, and the District Attorney is not enforcing the Law regarding Grand Theft, which it is, is as dispicable as rape in a public place and calling it causing a disturbance. The court has traditionally gave way to lenders and their collection actions, yet now Lawyers are taking full advantage of a do nothing court system. Grand Theft is a crime and the Police will have to start making the arrests with knowledge of the crime and may have to assist Homeowners in making citizen arrests of the Lawyers involved if the Lawyer has brokin the rules of foreclosure for their groups gain. Call the Police and report crime!
