I came looking to get rid of my reading glasses and I was lead by the staff and doctors to believe that what I need was a farsighted eye surgery as the best option.
What I really needed was a monovision surgery which was not a good fit due to my age and eye condition.
They lead me to believe that with this surgery, I will be able to remove my glasses for computer and reading tasks and after taking my money and, on the day of the surgery, they made me sign a consent indicating that the procedure was not guaranteed.
Now, 8 months later, I am $4000 less in my checkbook and still need reading glasses.
I really think they should be ethical enough to let you know that you are not a good patient and send you home and of course, when I asked them for my money back, their "lead team " refused because I signed the consent.
They don't know I trusted them on their lead and they failed miserably.
I want you all to know so you don't have the same problem as I did.
