On January 17, 2018 while at Baylor Hospital at 5939 Harry Hines Blvd, Building 2, Dallas Texas at about 9:30 AM the car was placed in the custody of the the Towne Park Valet Service,
the car was return on request about 11:30 AM, I did not see the drive out driver, I do remember the return driver, we loaded my invalid wife and departed, on arrival home I check the side pocket and found my revolver had been stolen,
I called back immediately and reported the theft to the Baylor Hospital, they referred me to to Vincent Carrillo phone 214-927-0896 the area manager, who they said would take care of the problem, he in turn referred me to a Valet manager "Charles Daniels" at phone number 414-722-9298, he made out a report by phone and misspelled my name as "Boyles" instead of "Voyles", his report was very vague with little value,
his report was sent to the headquarters in Maryland to a Janna Green who appears to be flooded with calls from customers and they said she would call me back after my call and message to her, I received a call back two days later and she was nice and apologized but said she had 140 call messages that day....must be a lot of complaints nation wide with this company.
She basically stated they would not pay for my loss valued at $350 Dollars. her e-mail was [email protected].
