Landlord.com I deserve a refund. You should be out of business.
I was looking for house/apt. listings on the net. Came upon Landlord.com,which turned into Vacancynet.com. They had me fill in my info & where I needed this and amount of $. I did so.
I was told there were 389 houses & 415 apts. I gave my credit card and paid the $25.00 which I was told I needed to do to view these findings. After which I was told there were "0" listings.
Then I was told there were listings(wrong town mispelled) on the phone. Then when I corrected her spelling she said she had none. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer reports. The woman"Raumbie Mkonto said a Richard Chingombie would call me with a refund. I got none, Now they tell me they have results.
The e-mail site said over 400 listings (the town is a small rural town, highly doubtful) and on the internet site there were two, both claimed that address along with Philadelphia (Kutztown-Philadelphia,no such place) which is over one hour & a half away. Not the town I requested.
These people can not give me the information they said they had. I would have never paid 25 dollars for "0" listings. I deserve a refund and they deserve to be out of business, that is fraud. They are only claiming they gave me product(listings) so they don't look fraudulent. They have given me nothing and what they did give doesn't exist.
They are from California and couldn't possibly have these listing for Kutzton, Pa. I have their oiginal e-mail copied out which states the real truth before they tried to send a smoke screen up which states what they have for me, nothing. You can't go from 400 listings, "0" listing, to 400 listings to 2 listings which are totally erroneous.
Someone needs to police these people. People like this hurt the honest people on the net who are trying to make a real living. Hope you can help not just me but don't let this happen to anyone else.
