The Kitchenaid warranty program is a total scam. Each diswasher repair took 2 months to complete. Built-in obsolescence on purpose to slow down the process and frustrate you so you don't actually use it. First they come out. Then they order the part. They they come out again...after multiple reminders. They kept using seconhand refurbished parts that kept breaking.
This is not an isolated incident. This has happenend on THREE seperate occaisions...because they did such terrible job that it kept breaking.
Kitchenaid may be a great company. But this warrantee program is the worst we have ever seen in our lives.
