On June 10, 2018 I found on Kijiji website advertisement for a new open box demo condo size washer. I called but nobody answered. I did not leave a massage, however after 10-20 minutes Mike Sutton owner of King Appliances Dundas returned my call and advised me that he really has an absolutely new just open box demo model of a small condo size washer and if I will bring cash he will give me a very good discount. His store at 22 King street East Dundas and his store open from 2pm to 6pm however I can come even at 7pm.
Next day I tried to call Mike 289 527 1906 however all calls went directly to his mail box but his mail box was already full and I couldn't even left any message. I found King Appliances Dundas at 10 minutes after 2pm but the store was closed however I found there 1 woman and 1 man he was repaired some appliances there. He called to Mike and said that Mike with my washer comes at 3pm in 45 minutes and sent me to drink coffee in Tim Hortons. I waited in my car however after around 20 minutes he comes said that he made mistake and my washer already there, he checked and it is in good working condition.
Mike wanted for it $400 but if I'll give him cash and will take right now He can sell for $350. Jim (I believe his name) gave me invoice #726370 with 6 month guarantee on a washer even Mike promised over phone a 1 year warranty for parts and labourer.
I delivered washer to Thornhill and tried it. The washer made a terrible noise and I immediately turned it off. Next day I called to the store - 289 230 6796 and they advised me that a technician will come to repair the washer if not the new one will be deliver instead. He said they will call at 2pm. I waited until 3 pm and called them again and I am calling until today however no answers at all. When I ask my friends to check if they not answer only for me and they called there they really answered for them. So when they see my phone number they just ignore my calls. I brought the washer back to the store on Thursday, June 14, on Friday June 15 and Saturday June 16, 2018 but the store totally closed now, nobody there. I would continue to check them in case I would be successful to return this is "Demo" washer back and get a full refund.
