KEN VAN AT REFERRAL 2000 REALTY IS A CON WHO STEALS FROM PEOPLE WHO TRUST HIM
Ken van is a realtor in Thornton, Colorado who lies to people to get them in there property and than finds a way to get out of it leagly. We are hard working people who filed bankruptcy and are trying to get a home we gave him thousands of dollars to move in to the home and when we got it financed at the 70% as he was going to carry the remainder, we found out from our lender that he was chargeing us $40,000.00 dollars more than the home appraised for an honest person trying to help someone out would have only charged upward of $10,000.00 above the appraisal. Well we fell behind on the rent for april and we asked him to add it to the loan he in turn told us what do I look stupid "no Sir I just thought you were a kind person trying to help a stranger out of a situation not take advantage" Than we find out from neigbors that he has done this to tree other couples so how many thousands has he taken from desprate people. WE TRUSTED YOU KEN VAN YOU LOOK LIKE SUCH A HONEST AND SINCERE PERSON REALLY WILLING TO HELP A PERSON. BUYERS BEWARE OF KEN VAN FROM REFERRAL 2000 IN THORNTON COLORAD. and after all that he hasent even been man enough to call us to ask us when we will be out of the house but now he taped an eviction notice on our door where all the neighbors could see it. Almost all that we have befriended in the area want to know what he is up to in there neighborhood, and what kind of people will end up next door to them they are so angry that someone new again will moving into the house that they want to go to the commity to find out if there is anything they can do to stop people like him from dealing in their area
