Karen Capps Conned Elder into Financial abuse North Hollywood California
Emptied bank accounts, controled finances, open credit cards, left elder alone in bed with urine & feeces on the floor & bed, elder fed fast food 1 or 2 times a day, & yelled, screamed at Elder daily. Turned in false time cards & was paid by the County of Los Angeles for care when she was not caring for the Elder. Elder abuse and police report have been filed but they can't help!
