justfly.com charged 75 dollars to cancel a flight which was suppose to be a 24 hour free cancellation Jersey City New Jersey
Booked a flight, called within 24 hours to cancel, spoke to a justfly.com rep, I asked 3 times if they would charge me any fees to cancel before i book another flight. He said no 3 times!
Soon as I book another flight with them, i see my card was charged for 75 dollars for the fee! Spent hours on the phone with them, asked to investigate the phone recordings they had about my conversation with the rep.
They denied everything and still billed me! Never again justfly.com!
