I placed an order of December 2017 and the website does not allow you to edit your cart or cancel, so I emailed there support not to process. So I started another order and processed. They processed both orders anyway and refunded the wrong ordder and I never got the refund at all. I didn't get any of the items until 2nd and 3rd week of Jan. I immeditaly asked for return RA after I finally got the order and they keep sending me the same emails over and over again to log in and request a refund. This is crazy! It's as if they are diliberatly ignoring me. I don't get a response right away sometimes days go by before someone gets back to you and still no RA to return these cheap items. The measurments don't even match the website's description. This is unheard of. Why is this company allowed to do business in this manner?
