Complaint Review: John Edward Yarbrough & Pacific Capital Partners - Beverly Hills ca

Unfortunately, I can't take credit for the strange stuff that John "The Con" Yarbrough has posted about "me". I have been the recipient of much undervered press lately and I can't lie or take credit for something that was manifested by a con man who doesn't have the self respect to live an honest life. I have made many mistakes in my life, but I cannot take credit for the vigilant actions of another person. There are more than 100 men that want to hold John "The Con" accountable for his financial crimes against them. All I can say at this point is that I will be in Federal court when John is prosecuted. He really needs to behonest with himself and those families that he stole from without regard or guilt. John Edward Yarbrough is a sick man and he needs help. We pray that he gets help and one day can appologize to every family he stole from in order to support his addictions. I am a man of my word and no one can ever take that away from me. I will never quit and the truth will prevail. 

Please be honest and turn yourself in. Your run is over. You are broke, squatting in a house that is owned by the people you stole from. It is you against over 30 victims that are going to testify. You know the truth, so face your crimes head-on, with dignity, and learn from your mistakes. It's not too late at this point. If you continue to lie to the prosecution, they will hove no choice but to throw the book at you. Be a real man and admit your wrong doings. Do it for yourself if no one else. 

If you contact each person on the www.pacificcp.com website you will understand that 80% of these people don't know that they're on his website and did not give John permission to be included on the website. I have spoken to many of them and they have asked John "the Con" Yarbrough to remove them from his website and he will not. Most of these people stated that John has borrowed $1,000 or $2,000 because he can't pay his bills. I have affidavits from many individuals that will be testifying at John's trial once he is indicted.  John Yarbrough falsified these charges against SM and there is proof of this that will come out. John Yarbrough is currently under investigation by several agencies, that we are working with, in an effort to stop him from hurting more people in society. At this point, it is only a matter of time before John Edward Yarbrough is arrested and he will face justice for his crimes. The amount of people that want to testify against John is staggering so he will most likely spend the rest of his life behind bars. 

This report is just another complete fabrication in a long series of lies and deceits, and the author is the desperate loser and convicted felon Sasha Mager, embarrassingly pretending to be his own girlfriend writing the report and sounding suspiciously similar to the fictitious "author" that he fabricated for his prior Ripoff Report. Mager was an independent contractor who was terminated by my Company in 2020 after 2 months for gross incompetence and erratic behavior. This fake report is nothing more than a malicious, cowardly, vindictive attempt to smear the Company and myself, and cover for his own multiple serious crimes (six felonies) for which he is currently on trial in LA Superior Court (see attached). His latest fake report will add another charge to the growing list, as it is a violation of the Criminal Protective Order issued by the judge (also attached) to protect his many victims from this psychotic loser (also attached).

Mager is a convicted felon (Attempted Murder) and a habitual loser, having been fired from multiple jobs and failed at every attempt at a business venture. He spent four years of a ten year sentence in State Prison for viciously stabbing a witness to his own drug trafficking trial seventeen times after cowardly sneaking up on him in an elevator, only to immediately resume his criminal activities upon his unfortunate release. After a series of arrests for habitually beating his two ex-wives, both of whom are fearful but cooperating with law enforcement to help put him away and protect their young children from this monster (see attached), he was arrested again in December 2021 by a joint LAPD/U.S. Marshals Fugitive Team (after running from arrest for months) for Stalking, Burglary, and Breaking and Entering (into my property) and is currently under further investigation for Attempred Murder, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Child Molestation (his own step-children) and other serious crimes. Two additional felony charges were recently added by the Los Angeles DA's office, including felony Burglary.

He is, quite obviously, a highly unstable individual who would be quite dangerous if he weren't so laughably incompetent. He is currently out on $310,000 bail, but the LA District Attorney has indicated that there is a high likelihood of conviction on all of the charges, adding at least two "strikes" the the one he was already convicted of and ensuring that soon this deranged sicko will be back in prison for life, where he belongs, and no longer a threat to his many victims, including his own young step children who he has homosexually molested so many times.

Thankfully, despite Mager's vicious and defamatory attacks on myself and the business, the Company has weathered Mager's many crimes and slanders, and is growing and prospering thanks to the hard work and dedication of the terrific managers, staff, and asssociates, and of course the support of our clients and partners, all of whom I am deeply thankful for.

Incidentally, I, nor anyone in the Company, has ever so much as been questioned by law enforcement, except as witnesses in the extensive criminal proceedings against Mager, and there are no legal proceedings whatsoever against myself, any other employee, or the Company. The Truth prevails.
