Worst case of Bait and Switch tactics I have ever seen.

85" Samsung TV was advertised at $2,300 (now $1795 btw) which I thought to be a screaming deal, so to make sure I called about and was told it was in stock ready to ship like all of their items advertised.

I went ahead and placed the order and the very same day I received a standard email from them to confirm the order.

The excuse was that they did not have my CV card number.

A middle eastern accented gentleman then proceeded to tell me this was an obsolete model that would take 35 business days to ship from the far east (It's actually made in Mexico) and that I should really upgrade to a newer and more expensive model.

When I declined he just hung up on me.

After a month I called to see how the order was going with the usual 40 minute delay on hold, and the same guy with a bad attitude could give me no information, and when I suggested that this sounded like a bait and switch, he rudely said "I don't need your Bull****" and hung up on me again.

I am convinced that the tv will never arrive as we are already way past the quoted 35 days.

Don't waste your time with these jokers!
