Intentionally creating or inserting FALSE or MISLEADING information in any GMAC financial or other business is strictly prohibited. (GM Security&Privacy Act), Involves third parties, including contract workers, who have access to GMAC information. My father entered Jim Fresard Dealership, Royal Oak, MI, 48067 in the year 2006 only to purchase a car.

After noticing an erratic change in my fathers behavior, mood swings, verbal of not being able to sleep, he finally opened up to me with his concern. Stating, I feel so stupid, I cannot believe how dumb I am? A car salesperson used my family plan to give discounts claiming I have nine brothers and sisters. General Motors has lost traditional ways, in 2006 I bought my Buick, GM was promoting employees to allow usage of friend plan to business to business affiliation to raise sales. Micheal Villeneuve called me a month later after I purchased, stated, Hey I thought of u? I have a friend who wants to make a purchase who does not have a GM friend like you and I are with GM, asking if I had no one in need, could he use my friend plan  to make a sale and raise production. He was a good talker, I thought he only used my friend plan. He falsified my information/identity! Here I am, thinking I am supporting Gm, father stated, GM employee is always a friend of ours like you and I are, mocking Michael Villeneuve. I was planning on buying my next car from this salesperson. General Motors took away my purchase discount program untill 2029 and my only concern is to get that lifted. I am so humiliated just by the thought of someone taking advantage of me, he was a young guy, late thirties. I just feel so stupid, I cannot believe this. The worst of all this is when I went to my home employment H.R department, they were no help at all just said to wait and I was not the first this happened to. I guess my floor supervisor is not there anymore, The New GM! I was on vacation when he called, no question in my mind of foul intentions by my own corporation. Unaware in comfortable environment my father entered into a playing field illustrated dealership with one motive, do what you need to do to get it done, statistically employees @ a vulnerable state of mind are most vulnerable to be mislead or taken advantage of with association shortly after retirement.

I was curious so I focused on seeking insight with situation involvinyg one of my family members experiencing identity fraud. I called a number for Ferndale Jim Fresard Buick Dealership, asked for accounting/finance, I was connected with Accounting Manager Lisa, I asked what her accountability is with final sale, Lisa became annoyed, stated I just look at numbers, you need sales. I asked to be connected to finance, voicemail for Dayna Music. I called back requesting Finance, Lisa answered and I was connected with Sales Manager. (At first I explained issue as a curious buyer seeking car, then eventually told Matt it was a relative)

Matt stated," You should press charges, "Yes," the dealership is accountable for every finalization of a sale to a buyer! Sales Consultants are not allowed to for any reason log in as/ falsifying identity as elgible employee participant/Employee Vehicle Purchase Programs, that is misrepresentation. I asked Matt if he knew of Michael Villeneuve? Matt stated, Michael Villeneuve (perfectly pronouncing)? I know of him through hearing about him from people only at my work, I know Mike D. (general manager), knows him well! they worked here at the same time, or Royal Oak before the merge. I have only been employed at Jim Fresard for one year since dealerships merged. I know he left or was booted out the door."

Supporting falsifying sales lifting accountability of FRAUD from Dealerships in the media eye!." Livonia General Manager Lou Ward, states, " GM does not have a central agent, dealerships are individually owned and controlled, relating, two similar dealerships as a Mc. Donalds and Burger King with no relation, the employee does not have to acknowledge to either job employment of the other, zero tracking. The salesperson captures all the buyers information, follows dealership verification which may not be the same as my dealership. By law salesperson are not allowed to borrow GM employee discount, that is displacement of regulation/ prohibited, fraud. Under no circumstances should a salesperson log onto a GM family first site with access as needed. (Criminal penalties for Manipulation) The dealership will not fire a salesperson for fraud because then they are responsible for charges, bill, law suit. I asked Lou Ward, Why would an identity able to be falsified nine times allowing nine FRAUD sales relating as siblings through the dealership? He replied, Its all on who you know with dealerships, because that would not happen here. The I.P address should show transfer of sales, an email address on final document closing sale who logged into the employee family plan routing back to computer/desk where it was sent and who approved, identifying consistent relation to same person approving every one of the nine sales. I thanked Lou Ward for helpful conversation, he encouraged to call back with any concerns or questions."

General Motors Corporation use of power to extract what it can from groups beneath it. Managers, who sell their own labor but also exercise authority over employees allowing labeled salespersons known through dealership lingo as  "Waitresses" profit scam, falsifying buyers identity, and jump to next dealership with no tracking device. I spoke with General Manager Royal Oak/Ferndale merged dealership, Mike Durcet stated, (10/01/09) "I am not sure why I am calling you do u want a job? I thanked for retuned call, explained situation of Michael Villeneuve falsifying my family members identity requesting proper steps dealership follows to close a sale? Mike replied, I am not sure what you are talking about regarding a scam by one of my salesperson in 2006, but if u want an interview I can set you up an appointment and we can sit down and talk. I acknowleded speaking to employee Matt (09/25/09) who clarified dealership is accountable for finalization of sale. Mike D. replied, Yes, he is my sales manager, I am confused, I read in the paper GM employees got in trouble for selling their family first identification number for money, it that what you mean? I stated, No, the identification number was borrowed from a salesperson at your dealership in 2006. Mike D. stated, Well I enjoyed your call but my dealership is private and I can set you up with a interview but I will not discuss private matters over the phone. I asked Mike D. for his zone supervisors number or connection? Mike D stated, That is private information like my dealership, ur welcome to call 1-800-GM-CARES, they will direct you the right way."
