FLORIDA FRAUDSTERS ALERT! OWNERS – JIM CUCCIA & ANNA CUCCIA – OF TRENTON QUALITY CLEANERS IN NEWBERRY, FLORIDA and TRENTON, FLORIDA and ALACHUA COUNTY, FLORIDA ARE FRAUDSTERS! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY BUSINESS FROM JIM CUCCIA NOR ANNA CUCCIA! THEY WILL LIE AND DECEIVE YOU AS FAR AS COSTS AND OTHER MATTERS AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROFIT FROM ANY BUSINESS YOU BUY FROM THEM!
I bought the Newberry Florida Laundromat from Jim Cuccia and Anna Cuccia in February 2016 for $120,000 and due to the lies and deceptions in reporting their true costs (as well as moving a lot of their Wash/Dry/Fold business to their Trenton Quality Cleaners Plant), I was not able to profit, and I had to sell the Newberry Florida Laundromat for $22,500 in December 2016! A tremendous loss!
PLEASE PEOPLE! IF YOU ARE THINKING OF PURCHASING ANY BUSINESS FROM JIM CUCCIA OR ANNA CUCCIA, DO NOT! YOU WILL GET LIED TO AND DECEIVED AND YOU WILL NOT PROFIT! PLEASE… DO NOT BE A VICTIM LIKE I WAS! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY BUSINESS THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL!
