I sent a check for merchandise I ordered from J.D. Marvel Products, Inc. on November 3, 2003 and as of January 22, 2004 have not received it. Looking through the last 30 pages of this site makes me realize that I probably won't be seeing it either.
Can anyone tell me how to get my money back? What agency to report this company to? Can the banks that cashed the checks be notified and action be taken from that point?
