I ordered a German style Cuckoo Clock several weeks ago and I have never received my order.
The charges were 12.95 for the clock and 4.95 for handling charges. I know that this is a small item, but I am 80 years old and live on a fixed income. I don't spend wildly and almost never over the internet. But this little clock looked so cute and I felt that I could afford this little luxury.
I am also concerned that since they have my credit card number, that they may put other fictious charges on it. I'll be watching my statements closely.
