Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I bought my car from them in 02/2012 and deligently used them for preventative maintenance and repairs. According to their Corporate Guidelines they don't mark up the part prices.  This is an Absolute Lie! I had to have my engine replaced and the cost of the engine was $925, it's a 4 cylinder MT 2006 Kia Spectra.  They charged me $1075.00 plus they kept the $75.00 Core Return that they received back from their parts supplier.  They also doubled the tow bill which cost them $90 and charged me $180.  They also replaced my battery during a different service repair and charged me $97.95 for the battery, However they put a Used Core Return Battery from someone else's car in my car but they forgot to take the Core Return Sticker off of it.

What truly angers me is that after I had to have my CV Axels replaced again and took it to a different mechanic he showed me where they had put The Wrong Wheel Bearing On My Car which overtime caused significant damage but Also Put My Family's Safety In Jeopardy!

Given that I would actually go to a local bakery and purchase 2 dozen donuts for the dealership every time I would take my car in for service and this is how they screwed me over I Am Not Going To Let This Slide By.

I recommend that anyone who has purchased a vehicle from them review all of your service records and then go onto AutoZone and Advance Auto's websites and look up the part prices for the items that you had to purchase through JDBYRIDER and see just how much they marked up your part prices as well.

When I went into the dealership to discuss this matter and asked the Manager, whom I had never seen before, what his name was he glared at me and said "Jose!" I then asked him for his last name to which he replied "You Don't Need To Know My Last Name!"  When I asked him for his business card he said "I'm Not Giving You My Business Card!"  This leads me to believe that "Jose" is probably the Franchise Owner.  Either way, I am going to continue pursuing Justice regardless of whether it takes years to complete.
