Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My name is andrew m jones and me and my fiancee are financing a vehicle through jd byrider and cnac which cnac is jd byriders finance company me and my fiancee are financing a 2011 dodge caliber mainstreet from jd byrider and cnac jd byrider sold us the 2011 dodge caliber mainstreet in February of 2018.

When purchased it already had 114,000 miles on it and our monthly payment is $410.76 a month on the vehicle jd byrider's sales person Donne L Moran sold us the vehicle told us that nothing was wrong with the vehicle when purchased it but when we drove it off the lot and brought it home not even a month later the sway bars and the alternator went out.

We ask them for an appointment to get it repaired and they kept giving us the runaround about having too many cars to repair remind this was only a month after we purchased and financed the vehicle and then we find out we got that there were no reverse light bulbs connected to the car for backing up.

Our car has been nothing but a freaking headache and nightmare and something needs to be done about this company they are ripping people off who are less fortunate and can't afford a new car from a actual car dealer because of their income and credit history and credit scores.

"Talk to me like that again and I'll have you locked up for slander."

You obviously know as little about the law as you do about car buying.

Andrew, a large part of your credit issues deal with your own bad decisions.  People with good credit don't pay $410+ per month for a 7 year old car with 114,000 miles on it.  People with bad credit do, and people who make bad decisions like you agreed to the contract.  I mean you did sign it, right?  You are making payments, right?  You're probably wondering how a company like this stays in business?  They profit because of people like you!!

This is your fault completely.  The car has a value of less than $2000 assuming it runs.  You've been paying $410.76 since February or March.  It's now September.  Your payments to the finance company are now more than the car is worth.  Every month you make a payment, the car decreases further in value, while your payments to the finance company continue.  I'd seriously laugh if it weren't so sad.

Your handicap is of no concern here and cannot be used as an excuse for anything.  If you have the ability to enter into a contract to purchase something of significance, be it a house or a car, then there is nothing wrong with you.  Now that we have this out of the way:

When purchased it already had 114,000 miles on it and our monthly payment is $410.76 a month  You haven't revealed anything regarding what the sale price of the car was, but at $410.76 per month on a car with a fairly low blue book value (fair condition would = 86,000 miles, so it was less than fair) you made a poor decision to buy the car in the first place.

sales person Donne L Moran sold us the vehicle told us that nothing was wrong with the vehicle when purchased it but when we drove it off the lot and brought it home not even a month later the sway bars and the alternator went out.  Used car sales representatives are not well known for telling the truth.  To believe a car with 114,000 miles had nothing wrong with it, defies the most basic logic and understanding of what you were getting into.  Most used cars are sold as is, so when something goes wrong less than one month after you buy it, you assume the responsibility for repair.

We ask them for an appointment to get it repaired.... and then we find out we got that there were no reverse light bulbs connected to the car for backing up.  Had you checked the vehicle from front to back, as you should have when you were purchasing the car in the first place, then you would have seen the backup lights were not working.  The salesperson who tried to tell you there's nothing wrong with the vehicle would have egg on his face, and you should have walked off the lot.  Insofar as a repair, you should have simply taken your vehicle to a local repairman who would have repaired the vehicle.  The place where your vehicle was sold is a bad place to take a car back to - all you're doing is putting more money into their pocket.

they are ripping people off who are less fortunate and can't afford a new car from a actual car dealer because of their income and credit history and credit scores.  Isn't that the real story here?  You have a poor credit score and history from past; I mean you went to this place because of this, right?  So you admit indirectly your poor score led you to this place.  But you already shared with us your poor history when you negotiated a deal to pay $410.76 per month for a car with a KBB value of about $2000.  The 2nd problem unfortunately is that without a place like this existing, you would not be able to buy a car in the first place.  You may regret having this car, but then without the place, you couldn't get a car.

grammar matters, jus' sayin......the fact that you considered a Dodge Caliber shows you need to learn to research. This method will serve you well for future purchases. To be honest, you are trying to obtain a honest and impartial opinion.
