Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I have been a victim of lies and manipulation. JD Byrider, sold me a car for a "supposed price of 11,000+. Somehow as they accepted my trade valued at a measly 1000.00, and then ordered me to make at keast another 1000.00 towards the car in may of 2012. My first recorded payment on the CNAC website is in july on the 26th, at which point in time I noticed that it states that my balance was over 13K. I asked about this they said this was how it worked I have been paying(faithfully mind you ) on this care for almost 2 years, and I still owe more than 9K. It drives like crap, has major issues(which they said unless it "stops moving completely, and Then I have to tow it to them at my expense, and after I pay a DEDUCTIBLE????) they will fix it but they dont say how long it will take, and that I have to pay on time still, and also they don't prove any replacemnt car. I am discusted with this. I am seekingthe advise of AN ATTORNEY.  I just hope someone out there sees this and DOESN"T make the same stupid mistake I have. If interested I will be looking for others to join in this lawsuit to put them out of business. Thank you all for listening.

Robert is nothing more than an internet Troll or a member of JD Byrider. He has repeatedly commented on reports under JD Byrider doing everything from picking apart someone's grammar to terrorising the posters with false platitudes and insults. IGNORE HIM. I for one am a J D Byrider current customer and have been nothing but pleased. However, if you have not been able to resolve your issues with management, go up the chain of command and contact the BBB. If that does not work, unfortunately, you may have no other choice than to take a hit to your credit and bow out of the contract or contact and attorney. FOR ROBERT: Leave these people alone, they have had a rough time as it is without your Piers Morgan/Simon Cowell style rebuttals. Troll.

Missing Payments?

Sorry but unless I missed something I don't see anything about them loosing any of your payments?

Somehow as they accepted my trade valued at a measly 1000.00, and then ordered me to make at keast another 1000.00 towards the car in may of 2012.

- Somehow?  Ordered?  Wow those are mighty fancy words, too bad you are clueless.  Guess what, they only accepted your trade valued at $1000 because YOU agreed to that price.   If you didn't like the extra $1000 they were wanting you to put toward the down payment why didn't you just walk out?  No...this was all done by YOUR choice.

My first recorded payment on the CNAC website is in july on the 26th, at which point in time I noticed that it states that my balance was over 13K

- So you had bought an 11,000+(the plus is very interesting) car, gave them $2000 in a down payment and owe $13,000.  Okay so what does your documents say?  What were the taxes, registration?  Did you purchase any other things such as warranties or GAP insurance?  All of those add up and could easily be around $4000.

I asked about this they said this was how it worked I have been paying(faithfully mind you ) on this care for almost 2 years, and I still owe more than 9K

- Well first of all if your first payment was in July 2012, it hasn't been "almost 2 years", you are barely at 1 1/2 years.  Next, not knowing anything about your loan(Interest Rate, Length of the loan, Exact Amount, Monthly Payment) it is impossible to tell you if there is anything actually wrong.    Perhaps you could come back and post this information.

But just on the surface knowing that you probably have a High Interest Loan, paying down almost $4000 in about 18 months is actually very good and it doesn't look like you have any payments missing.  As for your "faithfully" comment..do you expect some sort of gold star for doing what you made a legal agreement to do?

Then I have to tow it to them at my expense, and after I pay a DEDUCTIBLE????) they will fix it but they dont say how long it will take, and that I have to pay on time still, and also they don't prove any replacemnt car. I am discusted with this.

- Does the written warranty say anything different?  As that sounds pretty much standard.  But then again if you were "discusted"(disgusted?) with what the warranty covered..why didn't you just walk out?

No sorry but you just sound like the typical Sub-Prime Borrower who thinks they are entitled to things they are not.  The fact is that you have not shown you can handle credit and as such are considered a high risk.  High Risk = High Interest and fees.   While I am not an attorney, any attorney will probably tell you just about the same thing.
