Do NOT let the prices lure you into this MAJOR SCAM!  I reserved shuttle transport for my daughter 6 days before hurricane IRMA was scheduled to hit her area of south Florida.  I received a receipt and confirmation email.  That was it!

I called the day before she was due to leave to make sure they had her on the schedule.  Man very hard to understand (strong Indian accent) confirmed her pick-up at 10:00 a.m. (3 hours prior to boarding).  

After speaking to him and realizing the phone # is out of Nevada, I became very anxious.  Needless to say, 10:30, still waiting.  No call, nothing!  I call the 702 Jayride number.  Frantic Indian man speaking so fast couldn't understand.

He puts me on hold.  Then calls back and tells me I need to call dispatch with a Palm Beach FL area code.  I call and someone also not from here answers the phone like it is his house phone!  "hello?"  I start to explain frantically.  He interupts and says they have no reservation in that name, rudely, says to calm down and besides they don't do group shuttles and hangs up on me! 

I call 702 number again.  Indian man takes my cell phone number and says he will call me back in 2 minutes.  Meanwhile, my daughter was able to get an uber for less money!  She was picked up by Uber in less than 5 min.  It's now 11:08.  NEVER received call back from Jayride.  Calling Master Card now to cx charge.

If God didn't send us that Uber angel, my daughter would have missed her flight and had been trapped in Miami with no preparations to endure the storm.
