On January 8 1999, a letter from James C Greenwood CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES to Andrew Fois DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE. On January 8 1999 Andrew Fois was no longer with the DEPATMENT OF JUSTISE ! In my opinion I smell a cover up !
