International Timeshare Vacation Network contacted me (March 9,2010) and asked if I was interested in selling my timeshare with Wyndham Resorts. I said I might be if the price was right. Well they had a buyer that wanted to buy mine if I was willing to sell. The buyer was willing to put a downpayment in holding and if my paperwork checked out ok then I would be closing in 60 days but no later than 90 days. They wanted the money from me to start the paperwork. I gave them $1450.00 dollars.

I called them about everyother week to see how things were progressing and I would get a different person about every time. Then I started to get voice mails. Not once did they call me. I would get storys like the computer system in down, the title search folks would be calling me, the court house is backed up and the paperwork is waiting on them to finish up.

Finally we had a date to Close July 9,2010. They would be sending the paper work out to me by Fed Ex. Date came and no paper work. I must have called 50 time before I got someone to talk to (Anthony Soto or Justin Gomez). The date had been changed due to Some Problem with the Buyer. New date for Closing is July 30,2010 and to call Anthony Soto if I did not get the paper work July 20,2010.

It is now August 7,2010 and still no paper work. Since July 20,2010 the phone will go the this is not a valid extention if it will even ring at all. Tried to get info from phone company but the number is a fax machine the I was given,

This company contacted me with all the right answers. They said my Royal Elite timeshare would be easy to sell and it would be sold 30-60 days, but no way it would last over 90 days. James made sure I would be able to answer my phone for all the offers. I would have to be able to say yeah or nah on the offers. It's been over 3 months and I have not received one offer nor have I heard from James to discuss any issues. This company is a joke and I warn everyone to stay clear. They got $750 out of me and I am sure they will try to get more out of you
