When I first signed up to this ISPVIP (in January), it was a free 30 day trial before they would charge for the service. I had cancelled my account before the time was up so that I wouldn't be charged. But when I had gotten my bank statement, I saw that they charged me for it. $12.95 to be exact.

I'd written to them about it and they said that they would refund my money and they still haven't. As a matter of fact, the charge has showed up on my bank statement again and I had tried contacting them and I have received no response from them. Another $12.95.

I even filed a complaint at the BBB and I have gotten nowhere with that. I have learned that ISPVIP has ripped off a great deal of people. I am really mad about this because I had cancelled my account before the trial was up and they charged me despite my request for my account to be cancelled.

I have bank statements as proof of the charges and I have a whole stack of emails as proof of their lies about how their service is great, etc.

Aug 22, 06 Let our longetivity be a testament to our good ethic. I just caught this posting albeit two years late. These complaints are HOAXES perpetrated by a competitor company to us which shall remain unnamed at this point. Cancellation links are easily found on our "Contact Us" Section, we provide 24/7 Telephone customer service with an 800 toll free number. Our reps cancel on the spot. We are in business to this day (in a very difficult industry) and have served 10's of thousands of happy clients with our excellent ISP and Email services. There is a reason we still process transactions and remain in business to this day and continue to thrive. I thank you all and take care. Regards, AL

Iris, I understand what happened to you. I also filed a "ripoff report" on this internet isp, as you can read in my report associated with yours. I promised them (ISPVIP.BIZ and SERVICEONLY.COM) that I would advertise their services and the type of scam they are running, they type they did to you and me. You said they you knew of others that had been ripped off by them. If that is true, ask them if they would also write a "ripoff report" about their experiences with ISPVIP.BIZ. Is one thing to make money honestly and treat their customers with respect should they have a problem with their services or even a complaint that needs to be addressed, but to ignore or berate customers and even continue to charge and take money after discontinueing their services, especially during their "advertised free trial", is just dishonest. With my years of experience as an owner of a business, I know that the "death" of a company will come sooner when "customer service" is not quick to handle complaints from the ones the company depends on for future growth and existence, you and me and others like us. So since it appears that others have also been "scammed" by ISPVIP.BIZ, let's tell good and honest people, looking for a good and "customer friendly" internet service provider, that, should BEWARE of the service that ISPVIP.BIZ and SERVICEONLY.COM provides.
