I fell for this scam on January 6th 2015. I had purchased a wireless router from D-Link but was having trouble getting it to work so I contacted D-Link support, I spent 6 hours on the phone with D-Link but they could not find the problem. So they transfered my call to this company. I had already purchased security software from Microsoft in November. This company (itscusa.com) went into my computer and started telling my I had many viruses, and my pc was not secure. They said I was scammed by the company from Microsoft. So I purchased their softeware for 567.99 but it was 690.65 American. Contacted my Visa company they could not help me, told me to call the company, which I did, again all I got was lip service, bottom line was they were not going to reinburse me. I received a call today from Microsoft who informed me the person I spoke to in November was contracted by Microsoft but this International Technical Support Corporation is NOT they are independent, but I was assured that they were associated with Microsoft.
