Complaint Review: INTERGIRY MOVERS - Chattanooga Tennessee/PENSACOLA/GULFSHORES/ TALLAHASSEE FL - Chattanooga Tennesse

We hired Stephen Greenlee / Krystall Wyatt of Intergrity movers on 6/28/18. Agreed to a household mvoer out of state for $4000 with a $1600 deposit due at booking and balance due at delivery. Delivery would be in 2-3 days after pick up.

Company says Florida onw ebsite. Business on facebook says Chattanooga, Tennessee and payment receipt says Rossville, GA.

He has multiple "Moving companies".

Two weeks before our set move he states he has to change the move date from the 28th to the 27th because he has a new moving job. I told him ok. Then he states one week before that delivery has to be the next day on the 29th early morning not 2-3 days as previsouly stated and agreed. We scamble to find somone to meet him at drop off because mind you we would still be out of state where move was picked up from. Then on the 22nd he states his "UHAUL" reservation was cancelled on him that he had to charge us $1000 more now. I said no way. Not what was agreed. Either do the move as agreed or refund me the $1600 to find another mover. After a sob sptry and a half of how he had no money, his UHAUL connect dropped the ball on pricing, how he had to pay his laborers blah blah - He gave us his "word" how he would do the move as agreed no worries.On July 27th i reach out confirning for the next day. he says we are good.

On the morning of Saturday July 28th he calls around 6am and states he is about 5 hours away. Shortly calls back and then says we need ot meet him at the UHAUL location to pay for the truck. I say no way what are you talking about we already paid you the deposit. We shouldnt have to pay for your truck too.  Then he says he will fogure ot out. Calls back more sob stories, his truckbroke down in GA, he has no money, that we need ot meet him at an atm too pay him the full balance due now BEFORE pick up. Tell him not happening. He calls back and asks for atleast some portion of balance due like $1000. Tell him look just get here we have a hosue packed up and need this move to happen but we are not paying you the full balance due at pickup. He went on to say how we were implying he was a thief, how he gives us his word, blah blah. Husband calls him and calls him out, which he did not like.

Then the story went left. This man pretends to be God's savioyr to women, how hes doing you a favor, went as far as to insinuate a romatic relationship between he and I to my husband. Long story he didn't like being calle dout on his lies and scamming, hugn up on my husband, Didn't answertr his phone, didnt answet texts nothing. He was drinking and eatign it up on South Beach and posted it too. We were left with an entire house packed and no movers. I gave him the courtesy to recsolve this matter before escalating it legally. He chose to ignore. He has ignored all calls and emails. From my attorney and us. We have filed a civil lawsuit and complained to every business regualtion known to man kind. DO YOUR HOMEORK!!! THIS MAN/COMPANY IS A SCAM!! A mover renting a uhaul truck should be your first red flag!
