I tried to cancel my order via by calling them, emailing them. I finally got an answer 3 days later stating the item has been shipped although they did not provide me with any tracking number. I did the on line chat and the person did finally give me a tracking number. I bought a guitar and it was a package deal. Guitar, case, extra set of strings, a guitar stand and the guitar was to have been set up with their 10 point inspection.



I received the guitar, case and extra strings. I did not receive the stand, they said it's on back order, that was a month ago. The guitar had not been set up. I had to take it to my luthier and paid him. I tried contacting Ben several times and he said there company only received a few of my emails.



I am happy with the product but they were not truthful about the set up, and I have not received the guitar stand and the company has not contacted me about it. Their service is probably the worst on line company I've ever dealt with. Although Instrument Alley had the lowest price, I will never deal with them again. I will only do business in the future with Musicians Friend or Music 123 (both owned by Guitar Center) because I've never had problems with either of them.  



I am a credible middle aged amatuer musician who has spent thousands of dollars on guitars and amps. I hope either they get their act together or Utah shuts them down.
