After contractually agreeing to place vending machines in schools and other locations within six months on our behalf which we had paid for, Instahealthy and Mr. O'Keefe, its President agreed to pay back our money in monthly installments.
Since that agreement, he has consistently been late in his payments, makes false promises and again is now almost 2 payments late. We are considering filing a lawsuit that we prepared approximately 8 months ago, but which Mr. O'Keefe persuaded us not to file because it would negatively affect his business and he intended to pay us back quickly and wholly.
That has not happened. He is continually in default on his note.
