igoair.com IGOAIR The pretended they were United, they charged a higher amount of what I was told so i cancelled my reservation and now they refuse to pay me back Marina del Rey california
DO NOT USE IGOAIR.COM, THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM.
WHEN I BOOKED MY TICKETS THEY PRETENDED TO BE UNITED AIRLINES , I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES IF I WAS SPEAKING WITH A UNITED REPRESENTATIVE AND THEY SAID YES.
I BOOKED 3 TICKETS FOR ME AND MY FAMILY WITH SOME UNITED MILAGES THAT I HAD, I WAS SUPPOSED TO ONLY BE CHARGED TAXES ( 248 $) INSTEAD I WAS CHARGED OVER 11250 $
WHEN I REALIZED THAT I CANCELLED THE RESERVATION AND ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY NEVER GAVE IT TO ME.
I HAVE BEEN BATTLING OVER THE PHONE WITH THEM FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS, THEY KEEP TRANSFER ME TO DIFFERENT MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS AND NOBODY HAS DONE ANYTHING TO HELP ME. THEY HAVE A FAKE OFFICE IN MARINA DEL REY, I WENT THERE AND IT'S A GHOST ADDRESS.
I AM SO FRUSTRATED AND MAD ABOUT THIS SITUATION THAT I AM SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT GETTING A LAWYER JUST TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS.

This is a scam company i've done a video of this "company" and I say that losely .
You will waste your money getting an Attorney because they are in India and you will spend more money on a lawyer then the money you lost to
the scammers. Report it to the FTC and provide them all your information you have on this and if they can get them they will contact you.
I think that is your only hope.
