Hunter Douglas NEVER BUY HUNTER DOUGLAS---ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT NEW JERSEY
Purchased Hunter Douglas window coverings (about 40) for very high end home abot 5 years ago. HD changes products and does not supply replacement parts for replaced products. As a result, battery packs for raising and power the coveerings is now replaced with gizmo you nail into the wall and operating parts for coverings "might' be avialable, probably not, but io'd have to take all the blinds down and send them to NJ. What a terible company. Beware of ever doing business with HD.
