HughesNet Internet Service told us they would provide a service then didn't
After all the mail flyers, we decided to call HughesNet. Told them what we needed, everything in the house that used the internet, computers, TV, plumbing monitor, HVAC, etc. They told us they would provide that. It didn’t work right from the start. Then it went down completely.
When I called them they told me we had gone over our limit, even though we were gone a week and did not use the internet. Now they are telling us they want $400 to cancel a contract they never honored. They told us they would provide internet service just to get us signed up and then failed to provide the service they promised. Be very cautious if considering HughesNet.
