Im a visitor to Tijuana in from california, I stayed here at the hotel Nelson in tj, and found the price decent the restaurant, good, however, wee were transferred from room twice because of the bed bugs they have, it seems to be a common problem here at this hotel at least that's what I experienced and what the clerk at the check inn, desk told me a,, Sergio santana, is his name, so I noticed that he and one other employee here are both very irritable, and beligerant at times, they love to curse about the customers and are often racist talking about white and black people, here, I wish every one would be aware of this place before coming here, it's not incoragable, and this area of tj, know as Santa cecilia, is a area filled with predators, and God knows what else, wee stayed at the third floor, and won't be coming back here,,,,I hope people read this begore, more people have they're stay in tj, thinned bybplaces like these.

Going to a border town with the crime rates??? AND you have the nerve to make complaints?? Be grateful you came out alive!
