HONDA CENTER, Their Hidden Charges Aew An Absolute Rip off. Anahiem California
Okay, there is a great concert at the Honda Center...so you decide to call them for tickets...you are automatically connected to Ticketmaster (as what happened to me when I wanted to purchase tickets for the Dinosaur show)...after answering a bunch of questions to a computer voice, i was told that they charge 11.00 per ticket as a will call fee and another 4-5 dollars as a convenience fee....
the ticket price was 59.00...so i had to pay an upcharge of 22% to this greedy organization.....anyway, I decided to take my chances to go to the box office directly on the day of the show and buy the tickets directly....well, just to enter the Honda Center, I had to pay 15.00 FOR PARKING...WHAT, I HAVE LIVED IN SOUTHERN CA. FOR 10 YEARS, NEVER PAID MORE THAN 10.00 FOR PARKING ANYWHERE.....and guess what, if you go in a Limo, you will be charge 40.00 FOR PARKING.....
Honda Center is a monopoly...you cant park in a shopping center and walk there...too far, their grounds are huge..so they figure they can charge to anything and you, poor sucker will have no choice but to pay.......anyway, went to the box office, got two 59.00 tickets...but the agent billed my credit card..120.00...without telling me what the extra two dollars was for? Went to another ticket agent who reluctantly told me there is a credit card charge of 1.00 per ticket....
during the intermission, went and got a popcorn and a beer....again, these low lifes charged me an astronomical amount...sure, they got us cornered...we have no choice but to kiss their a*s and pay what ever they charge....I guess they have a right to do that...BUT TAKE HEED, HONDA CENTER, MY FAMILY WILL NEVER GO BACK TO YOUR STADIUM EVEN IF ELVIS IS RAISED FROM THE DEAD AND PERFORMS THERE.....
