HOMEVESTORS JAYCORP PROPERTIES LLC RIP OFF -- THEY WANT TO TIE UP PROPERTY AFTER AGREEING ON A PRICE SCOTTSDALE, Arizona Nationwide
homevestors jayson came to our home and after inspection we sat at my kitchen table and we agreed upon a price he shook my hand and said he would be in contact with my realator and he sent a contract then brought people thru the house two different times. we returned the contract asking for more earnest monies and after five days he called and cancelled out. without any earnest monies i guess all of these investors are crooks and only want to tie up your property to see if they can get a quick sale. he informed me he was a scout leader and two scout leaders shook hands on the deal. guess what his word is not any good. do not deal with this company.

i guess i was a little hot under the collar when i found out last night that the deal for the sale of my home had fallen thru. jayson did not see fit to call either my agent or myself to inform us that he had cancelled the contract instead he sent an e-mail late on friday evening informing us that he had cancelled the contract. i was not informed until late yesterday afternoon. by sending the e-mail they did not tie up the property but were within there legal window. AS I SAID WE SHOOK HANDS ON A DEAL.
