I would NOT use HomeVestors Premier Home Network or recommend them for any reason. Kent LeFevre, the owner does not honor many of his original signed contracts and tries to renegotiate after the contract is signed for a lower sale price. You will be offered 65% of the value of your home and then they take off more for repair costs. 200k house retail market value minus 65% = 130k. Then take off any repairs the house needs. Kent will smile to your face and lie to like he did to me. I had dealings with him for over a decade and saw him take advantage of people in bad situations. He treats his co-workers like they are less than human and then not pay them the money they are due. I have the experience that he will do anything to get that extra dollar even if it is not viewed as ethical or honest. If I had to use a HomeVestors office I would choose another franchise in the area.
