the company, homelending inc they have did everything they could to make me be behind on my payment my loan # is 11854512 I will try to explain this in october of 1995 I file a chapter13,homesidelending inc was include, I had trouble that with my mortgage payment that whole year,due to sickness that started in 1994, on april 21, 1995 bancboston draft my checking account check #8207 in the amount of 2097.09 which paid january, february, march, april, 1995 payment I have a letter and a cancel check confirming this,

by my record I record that on 6/05/95 I made a payment for may in the amount of 517.06 check # 8277 so just say may, june, july, august, september. october payment was include in the chapeter 13 that six month of reaer at 491.27 +19.65 late charge totaling 3065.52 what the court paid them was 3,753.84. I paid november 1995 payment dated october 24, 1995 check #1025 in the amount of 491.27 paid december 1995 payment dated november 24, 1995 check # 1074 in the amount of 491.27 on august 31,2001 the company homeside lending file a motion against me I had to go to court september 20th 10:30,

I brought my recorded with me as stated to the lawyer that for the year 2000 and 2001 they withhed my june, july, august payment and say I did not pay before I went to court in sepetmber 20th 2001 they sent june payment thru my checking, I gave the attorney Shapiro & swertfeger for homeside lending inc payment for september 2001 I paid late charges on this payment even thor I had it ready to pay 9/01/2001 but my bankruptcy attorney told me to hold the payment until I went to court.I asked what was the best way for me to send my payment to avoid them saying that they did not receive I was told to send it by certified mail, which I did to no avail,

I have been sending my payment by certified mail with return receipt evey since october 1,2001 they still was sending the payment back to me saying I was two month behind, I finaly got the florida office to accept my payment adress to Mr. John Sheehan p.o. box 44090 zip code 32231. on february of this year I was told that I was in the rear because they never receive sep 2001 payment, I sent the whole year, then they said I was a month in the rear because they did not receive dec 1999 payment, I sent the whole year, now they say that when came over to homeside lending inc from bancboston mortgage that I was in the rear for 6 month I stated that the was taken care in the bankruptcy I receive a letter from homeside lending inc dated may 31. 2002 said it reflect a bankruptcy, not that the rear was paid thru the court.

the payment I made for november, and december of 1995 was posted for june and july of 1995. the payment for january of 1996 was the stated that the bankruptcy only prevent the mortgage loan from foreclosure or collection activity, they receive 3753.84, which was 688.32 more that I owed.I have documentation.If I find my may 1995 check it would be a total of 1,205.08 in overpayment. I still have august payment for 2002,

I guess I will send it in. I was trying to get this corrected to no avail. I sent corsponce to HUD at the william russell bldg dated dec 12, 2001, with a return receipt never did get any data back. So I call HUD today august 22, 2002 after several phone # they told me to contact homeside lending inc, and ask for a supervisor, if I did not get any result then call them back.

the associate would not let me talk to a supervisor, I tried to get thru on line is how i came upon this web site. ps did I mention that they had to withdraw the motion, This is the worest staff of a company I have ever dealt with. even when you send them doucementation they criss cross. hold on the payment, pretend they did not receive them, send back,I have a lot of negetaive corsponce from them. thank for listen and hope you can help are direct me to someone who can.
