I took my 16 yr old daughter to Hollister, Fox Valley Mall. Daughter saw a pair of Jeans in the Clearance. I took the jeans to the Cashier (which I later was told is the Manager ). I asked her to scan the jeans to make sure the were on sale. 1st had to wait about 3 minutes because she was on the phone. After she ( the Manager, Kelly Kotlow ) scanned them, she told me the jeans were not on sale and " Someone " put them in the wrong spot. OK fine. My daughter decided to purchase a pair of shorts , took them up to cashier and they were $42 Daughter paid for them IN CASH. At this time that is when I saw the promotion " Purchase $75 and receive $25 gift Card ". I told my daughter and the cashier that my daughter will purchase another $33 so she can get the gift card. Cashier said "no problem" I will put this to the side and fix it after you pick your items. Daughter picked a $29 shirt and a tank top from clearance. Go back to Cashier, only Kelly Kotlow the Manager can do this transaction.



Kelly Kotlow issued a Refund on a GIFT CARD ( NOT CASH ) then scanned the items in the register, 2 items were fine however the tank top scanned $3 more. I told Kelly Kotlow the price was wrong she argued with me. I told Kelly Kotlow I wanted to speak with a Manager she replied "I am the Manager" I told her fine, cancel the whole order and give my daughter her $42 back. Kelly Kotlow replied " I Cant, its on a Gift Card ". I responded " I gave you Cash, I want Cash Back ". I asked Kelly Kotlow for the Corporate Phone number and also told her it was pretty sad that she was willing to Argue with a Customer and let a $85.84 sale go because of $3. Kelly Kotlow responded " this is all it will take, correct the tank top and you will be fine ", I replied Yes thats all I wanted. With that, the transaction was completed. Kelly Kotlow tossed the Receipt to my daughter, bagged the items and we left. The fact is, I still do not have a corporate phone number and I have sent 2 e-mails to Hollister to report the Rotten Service. No response, Like they Care.. Before people start bashing , I want to say I have a right to be acknowledged. Hollister should not continue to ignore the consumer.

Hi, i would first off like to say that i am sorry that you had such a bad experience at that store, but i am also not suprised what so ever. I am Kelly Kotlow and i can honestly say that, that is not me who did any of that. I do not know who gave you that name, but it was not the right one. I am truely offended that my name has been posted on here for bad service, when i don't even work at that store anymore. Also i worked in the back for almost my entire shift everyday that i worked, considering i was the lead stock and that is what my job requires. So i am sorry that this happened to you, but it was abosolutely not me who did this. So i would really appreciate it if you take my name off of this. I pretty much never work the register, or am even on the sales floor, so i'm kind of offended that someone gave you that name, and that this is posted on here, and the fact that i do not work there anymore, makes this even more ridiculous.

so if you would please take this off, i would greatly appreciate it.
