Holiday Inn HICV Vacation Package Told me repeatedly that I would be refunded and LIED. Holiday Inn referred this company as an affiliate. FL Kissimmee, Florida
I called Holiday inn to make a reservation and after the call they asked if I'd like to hear about exciting vacations. I said ok. I spoke to a gentleman who said the package would cost $199.00. I said it sounded interesting but my husband was not home and we made decisions together on these matters. The man left momentarily and returned and said they would allow me to cancel and that I would need to talk to the manager. I wa given BillPatriarch 888-649-0750. Manager #56877. If I call first thing in the morning they would not submit my charge.
My husband did not want to purchase the package so I called at 7:35 AM and spoke to Marsha Johnson. She said it was unusual but they could review the tape. If it is what I said then I could expect a refund on my card in 3-5 day.
On the 3rd day, I called at 2:04PM and Gaylon Chatman said that he didnt know what she was going to review since they dont have access to any tapes. But after he review all the information he said he could issue the refund
On June 4th, 2018 at 2:00 Gaylon Cha man said the script was NOT followed and I would recieve a refund.
I have since filed a grievence with my Bank, who removed the charge temoporarily, but was notiffied today August 1, 2018 that the merchant is disputing my grievence.
FRAUD. SCAM. HOLIDAY INN SHOULD BE ASHAMED!! SCAM. FRAUD.
