They said they found me a car with everything I wanted on it and it would be at their dealership within 2 days. Rush job on the paperwork, last day for the 0%! Couldn't give me copies of the paperwork until I picked the car up. Got the car about a week later after being lied to about when it was going to be at the dealership. It had almost nothing on it I wanted so they were going to do it at their dealership. Charge me full price and labor charges, which I would later learn was in the contract.

Took the car home and found the sticker price in the glovebox and noticed it was almost $5000.00 less than I paid for it. When I took the car home I also got the paperwork only after having to ask for it several times and telling them I wasn't leaving without it. Now I have the car, the paperwork, and the sticker off the car. Nothing added up!

I took the car back the next day and told them to give me back my 2002 truck I had traded for this Mazda6. They couldn't even read their own contract. There was a charge on there for about $1600.00 that they told me was the finance charge. I got the 0%! They never could tell me what that charge was for.

When I asked for my truck back they sent in Ford Yeager. He was so sorry for all the problems I had and kept saying "Whatever it Takes" I got my truck back and was told to think about giving them a second chance. They wanted my business and they were really sorry and I was to deal only with him and they would make it right. I thought about it for about a week and decided that everyone makes mistakes and I would give them another chance. I really liked the car too.

Went back (my mistake) and they showed me another Mazda6 that was loaded the way I wanted it. Gave me the same deal as the other car, which at the time I thought was good. This car's sticker price was $27,000. and the other one was $21,000. Mr Yeager told me that he was only interested in my satisfaction and wanted to make thing right. He wanted his dealership to be the number 1 in the DFW area and that he was part of Auto Nations and that was very important.

I have had the car in and out of the shop for 14 days for different things. The first visit was were they tore up more stuff than they fixed. Called Mr. Yeager on that one and he didn't have much to say. Next visit they (dealership and Mazda) didn't have a clue what was wrong so they were going to order parts and hope that would fix it. This is when I went to see Mr. Yeager, but he was too busy to see me. Then I called everyday for a week, with no return call. This is when I filed a complaint with Mazda. They sent me a "form" reply, which was well over a month ago and haven't heard a word since. I also called Dawn Peterson at the dealership to let her know what I thought. She had sent me a letter to let me know that I would be getting a survey in the mail and wanted me to let her know if I had any problems. She was "sorry" and was going to a Mazda Rep. talk to me.....never happened!!

I decided to get rid of the car and all the troubles with this dealership by trading it in on something else and somewhere else. The dealership I took it to called Hillard and ask what it was worth. they told them only $14,000.00. It was less than 5 months old and had less than 5000 miles on it. I asked this dealership to call and talk to Mr. Ford Yeager to see what he could do for me. Remember, he wants everyone to be happy. He said the same thing.

Bottom line is that this dealership will lie and cheat and do "whatever it takes" to make a sale. Then when things go wrong they turn their backs and walk away. They can't even make a phone call or reply to a letter. Hillard Auto Park is the worst bunch of two-faced people I have ever done business with.
