HHGREGG The company offers extended warranties and then voids them Whitehall Pennsylvania
This is to advise everyone that I purchased a brand new electric General Electric Washer and Dryer at HHGREGG at the Whitehall Store of HHGREGG. The salesman seemed more than helpful and pleasant and I asked him questions about service in the event I needed same after the sale and he provided me a three (3) year extended warranty in addition to the one (1) year initial warranty. His name was Matthew Cols and I signed the papers and set the delivery for two days later and everything was fine. The delivery occurred and everything seemed fine and then I went to use the washer and dryer and the washer shook and almost went through my floor like an earthquake.
I was not sure what was going on and I tried to call HHGREGG and GE Appliances and got no where and then when I finally got them a month later I was told that HHGREGG does not service anything they sell and the warranty is not valid either.
I would never buy from this fraudulent company every again for any reason ever.
