I ordered six bars of shilajit soap from the Hemp Market EU on the 1st of June. My order was processed on the 4th of June and was shipped within the next day. The order arrived at my house within 10 days. Upon opening the package I noticed that most of the soap was broken into pieces. There was one bar however that was broken in two. I took pictures of the soap and emailed customer service at The Hemp Market and asked them to replace just one of the bars of soap. I initially only asked for one bar of soap to be replaced in order to see what response I would get. I received an email from the Hemp Market explaining to me that the soap was still usable so they would not be replacing it. I sent them another email explaining to them that my order arrived damaged and whether not it was usable was not relevant. I explained to them that I did not order broken soap but I ordered six bars of whole pieces of soap. I explained to them that the pictures of soap that are displayed on their website do not display pictures of broken soap. They sent another email explaining to me that I should ship the broken soap to Slovenia and then they would refund me. I then explained to them that it would cost too much to send the soap back and I also told them that if I wasn't compensated I would make complaints about their services. The last email that I was sent explained to me that I was banned from ordering anymore soap from their website and that even if I did pay for the soap it would not be shipped to me. I am disgusted because I have been purchasing from them for two to three years without any problems. I am the victim. I paid $40 for soap and did not receive what I paid for. I only asked them to replace one bar of soap out of six bars of soap and was denied. I haven't received the product that I ordered and I am at a loss of approximately $40. The Hemp Market EU has always responded to me professionally and has always aimed to resolve any problems that I have had. I am not so sure what to think of the company anymore. I would however like to receive either the product or my money back, anything else would be unjust. I usually don't make complaints about incidents such as ones like this but this is a slap in the face seeing as how I am a loyal customer. I honestly need some help.
