All the information they have when they call a customer are leads that have been bought for people who already own timeshares. They hire a company to find hundreds of new leads every week that's why when they call you they have quite a bit of information about you already. You would be surprised what companies they have out there to get/retrieve things for you. Anyhow they are so pathetic because when you call in they cannot even make a good cover for themselves and if you are smart you can get them to look really stupid if you ask proper questions because they really do not have anything to fall back on. Villa trader is linked to "Travelcomm" which has been sued on quite a few occasions as well as the BBB suing them. They like to take peoples money and then disappear. Villa trader was started out legitimately upon the understanding that people were really looking to sell their properties in order to make some extra cash seeing as the economy is the way it is. However it got tarnished soon after all the dreggs from travelcomm decided to get involved because they saw the money they could make off of each deal. 40% i believe at the selling price of how much they can sell it for. What consumers dont know is that you have 30 days after the transaction to do a charge back with your credit card company and get your money even if you agreed to the deal. Also once the credit card company knows that the company itself is shady then it wont be a problem. Villa trader has thousands upon thousands of charge backs and they only get the money in their merchant for a short period of time but that doesnt bother Peter Sotolongo or Dan Marshall. They are the most sleaziest, scam, criminal scums of the earth and I do not understand why they are not behind bars. They know nothing about honesty and they will take your money and then blame you or try to pay someone to beat you up. They are criminals and they need to be locked up forever. Frances, Hernan (steven morris) and Dave Spalding are just a few to mention who operate this horrific scam. What amazes me is that they have the address of the office listed on the website which was a shocker to me. Anyone could go in there and serve them papers. They always try to hide their trail to. Travelcomm has had over 30 different names as well as websites. They operate right off of conroy rd in orlando and I am also just so shocked that no one knows this.

I called The Villa Trader on Feb. 6. and asked to speak with a manager, to make sure they were processing my refund. I also wanted to know, why no one has contacted me yet. After all, if the sale was legit, they only had to send me a different form for me to sign. Mr cooper answered, and he was not very happy with me, but he answered some questions. He said that Steven Morris was in the process of opening Hello Timeshares, so, Hello Timeshares could not do anything to sell my property. (very interesting) in other words, Hello timeshares is not even ready for bussines yet. Then he said that Mr. Morris had to sell through The Villa Trader. I told him how dissapointed I was, when things did not add up when I was trying to find out what was going on, and why I was send a documment from a company I did not Know of. He mentioned that my credit card company had already submmited the cancellation of the transaction, and he said that he was going to refund my $$$. He also asked me to back out of cancelling, because he could still sell my property. However he did not seem very convincing when he wanted to back Morris up about this "European family", that had posted $3000.00 as a deposit. So I told him to go ahead and cancel. And that maybe in the future I will do bussines with him, but only if he sends me an agreement I can agree with first. He tried hard to convince me that the sale was a deal, but I did not budge. I thanked him for answering my questions. I am glad I did not pay by check as Morris had suggested. Also I know that Steven Morris does work for The Villa Trader, as two of the reps there have transferred me to his extension. I wonder if all of them are in cahoots to scam honest people who are just trying to sell their timeshares. My advise: never pay by check, and never pay them without having read their agreement. Use a credit card...this way you can recoup your money more easily, and you are not out of your $$$ as it happnes when you pay by check.
