Heather Criddle is one of the most meanest people as it is let alone managing a starbucks...Heather has very poor management skills and talks down to her employees...Heather has been to anger management and she is very abusive to her daughter Piper. She has given her ex Richard Skanse a black eye before too. Her and her sister Tonya that is married to a Martin County cop have fist fights wich most like explains why Heather is so physically abusive towards her daughter. Heather has counted backwards from 20 in public before and her daughter Piper curled up in a ball into the fetal position and screamed then was crying and screaming begging her not to hit or kick her. Her daughter only acts up around Heather and her family. Heather uses Starbuck as her own personal coffee shop. As you pay enourmous prices, her and her friend Erica give away free stuff to family and friends when they are not working... I heard that Heather was fired from starbucks for the same reasons this report was written. She was also denied Un_Employment because of how she treated People and Co-workers...She is not Re-Hirable and she is not a person that would be good for the company. I don't believe this part is a rumor, its bound to catch up with her sooner or later. Be careful with Heather, she is a loose canon and she has crossed the line. She is friends with a man Mike Fake that lost his child due to the Mother and the new BF Robin Fake and Steve that killed the child Noah... Heather admitted to me that she has also crossed the line and almost killed her child. The people she associates with are bad news and the sad thing is half of them are Martin County Police....Her friend Erica that took her place I believe used the f bomb around my 8 year old son over and over...I will never spend any money or ever walk in a Starbucks again...

Are you seriously that immature as to drag someone falsely through the mud? Dude! Seriously! Get over yourself.
Everything I know about you, granted, is hearsay, just as these stupid ripoff reports are to anyone who reads them.
I have known Hearher Jean Criddle Skanse for years, and she is nothing of the person you have painted her to be. I also worked with her, as her boss, and she was a genuine asset to the company! Grow a pair and move past your own feelings of rejection! She is a valued employee, friend, and an amazing mom. You, on the other hand, look like an angry animal, licking it's wounds, after going for the jugular like a pit bull, and not succeeding.
Everything anyone reads here is a sad attempt at a man with a wounded ego, trying to tear apart a woman on the move, someone going somewhere with her life. Jealous much?

Heather now works at Oceana Coffee. Great coffee and the owners are great but Heather called my job representing them and tried to get me fired after not speaking a word to her since June of 2013. I was put in a very difficult position. Hopefully she is not getting away with giving away free coffee and food like she did at Starbucks before she was fired for mistreating her employees as an assistant manager. She has been rhrough many anger management classes already and she abused her own child. After she called my job she decided to add to an already existent rippoffreport that was made on me out of revenge. She should of left well enough alone but no she had to put Oceana Coffee reputation at stake.
