Hardware Store Online Fran and Miguel Buyer Beware! Fort Lauderdale Florida
What we ordered was different then what was posted on line. Tried to work with their customer service agent Fran. She was extremely rude and not willing to pay. They do not have the product they advertised online and what they sent was unacceptable. She kept saying she had to leave before working with me the customer to resolve the issues. Fran put me on the phone with Miguel who hung up on me. I am refusing to pay a higher rate then they did to ship it back as well as a restocking fee for their website error. I have contacted the credit card company to dispute the charge. THE LOWER PRICES ON THE WEBSITE ARE NOT WORTH THE STRESS OF RECEIVING THE WRONG PRODUCT AND DEALING WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT!
