Grubhub Charge $50 for food that never arrived Boston MA
I placed an order for $50 worth of food fro Grubhub. My directions specially indicated to bring the food directly to my hotel room. Instead of bringing the food into the hotel, the driver tried to call & then just drove away.
Grubhub refuses to refund me....total bullsh*t & I would not recommend using this service unless your want to pay for food that never arrives!
