In Feb, I used Tiger Direct to order some PC parts. I received a telephone from TLG call shortly after booking my trip.
They seemed nice and it appeared that I was getting a deal. I was getting $40.00 dollars off my order price. What they didn't tell me is that they were setting up two separate accounts. Although they made it seem easy to cancel, I cancelled one account but was unable to cancel the second one.
I called today. Although I cancelled it, or at least I think I did again..
I am a disabled veteran and have been in the hospital and really Ill since ordering the parts. I have been charged $85.95 that I can see on my statements. I am requesting a refund and to stop this service fee asap, effective this date September 10, 2014. When I try to ask for discount in my area I get this notice: Oops! There were no results matching the criteria you provided. Modify your selections and try again.
I am also cc:copies to the state attorney general both in Tenn. And CT. Also the BBB. Last but not least my credit union / bank.
