I cancelled the account and transferred the numbers to Consumer cellular and want ot sen the phones back to them, but because there is no sim Card they won't take them back or refund the money I paid for them, which was $74.99 a piece for two lines.
They Said the Sim cards have to be in them. They gave Consumer Cellular a hard time. to. Than they send me a bill for use. There was no usage on either phone. I tried to be civil but I don't think I should pay $210./00 for the phone and activation and when I cancelled an wanted to send phones back the rep I talked to was nasty and well, I think they owe me some money and will send the phones back without the sim cards.
No one can use their phones but them. They need the sim cards back. If I have to take the sim cards out of my other phones to get my money back I will, but Consumer Cellular was on the phone was on the phone with them for a long time and quite honestly gave Brady a hard time. So, I need some help here. California San Diego
