This kind of credit repair will land you in jail! I had 2 items on my credit report that I wanted to be removed. One was a CHASE credit card that my daughter used for her tuition and decided she didn't want to pay once she received her money. At the time I just wasn't in a position to pay off the card and it charged off. I did settle the account for less than what I owed.

I had a $1600 student loan payment that I missed but later had forgiven by the Department of Education. They charged me $2794 upfront and said that the 2 would be deleted. Well after 30 days when I checked in it was 30 BUSINESS days...After 30 business days there was nothing but a fraudulent report filed on my credit report!

I did a chargeback on my credit card and I filed a complaint with the FTC. I'm not going to jail for no one! I should have KNOWN better but someone I trusted had some of their items deleted and another one too. It just didn't work for me and I should have known better.

I'm posting this on rip off report more than 5 months later and guess what? Nothing has changed except for the $2794 that I paid these fraudsters. You will NOT even win with your credit card company. I attempted to dispute the account with my credit card company but they sent in paperwork stating that they were still working on the account and I have no idea how I lost.

In the 10 year history of my account, I've only disputed 2 items and even with 60 pages of documentation, I lost. These guys are slick and they will want to talk everything out on the phone so you won't have a paper trail.

Oh and when you threaten to do something about it, they'll threaten you 'If you chargeback you will have immediate credit issues as we will enforce the agreement to the full' because remember they do have your social security number, home address and access to your credit files!

Even today as I'm writing this, I received another update from my credit files and nothing has changed except for the letter I received from the fraud department at Bank of America!

I stopped responding once I figured out these guys were frauds because when I signed up for services they could access my files but they didn't. Once I figured out they were frauds I blocked all of their access and to this day, I am praying that nothing ever shows up mysteriously on my credit report because of them.

 

Don't let them strongarm and threaten you! What they are doing is wrong and they shouldn't be stealing hard earned dollars from people and not delivering a service. Nothing on their site states business days but even after now more than 120, I do not have results!

File a report with the FTC and tell your friends to run. They don't have positive reviews anywhere online and The A+ on the BBB is misleading.  They are not licensed as a Credit Service Organization in Nevada, or any other state.  They aren’t even licensed to do business in my state.

Unfortunately, your review was about the experience was about 9 months too late.  But the experience was almost an exact replica of what happened with me:

No return phone calls, promised actions and no delivery, excuses, excuses, excuses.  Lots of missed deadlines, no return calls, etc. 

Sorry for your experience. They got me.

Unfortunately, no company can stop these type of postings.

This client attempted to chargeback without making contact with our company at all, AFTER the services were provided successfully.

She changed access to the credit report quickly to lock out showing anyone proof services were provided as agreed. 

Her own bank after review, by their fraud department, reversed the provisional credit they had given her and ruled in our favor. 

We have absolutely no idea what she is talking about when it comes to filing any kind of police report since we don't do that type of thing because it is not necessary. 

Her chargeback was frivolous and fraudulent she lost after bank review. therefore she is now posting and slandering the company because her chargeback had zero merits as found by her own bank. 

This posting is purely out of spite because it's easy to do and hurts the company's reputation.  We can only hope that thinking people can read between the lines and judge for themselves.

She also lost her complaint at the BBB, since they too found her claim without any merit.

This is little more than consumer fraud and no company should allow it and give in to threats of these kinds of postings.
