Yesterday, 06/25/2009, I found on Twitter some link about Resveratrol, clicked on it to see what was there. Web site was http://www.news13direct.com/. Cathy Diaz, the journalist, was advertised 4 products. Why celebrities advertise some companies: American way to get more money for themselves. Three of them look as the same, different distributors. The product ResVer XP on Web site was from GNS/Nutra Lane.

I filled the form for the free sample, and then Web Site opened other page to offer some product. I clicked "I do not want to add to my order". Then open other Web Site, and so on about three times. Then full page of product was displayed. How can I get out from it? I closed the Window. No messages about "This is your order number, this is charge put on your credit card".

After this I came back to their Web site and clicked on "Customer Support", then I filled the form with my email and message asking to send me back my order number and charge. After that I found their telephone number and asked the same question. Then I asked Representative: What do you think, when the order will be shipped? He told me about 7 days. OK.

The next day, 06/26/2009, I decided to cancel the order. I called to the same Customer support, talked with other Rep, with her Manager, and they told me they shipped already the order yesterday. "We are sending orders every 15 minutes" - the manager told me. I told "I did not get any email about it". "This is not our policy" - was response.

I called my credit card company and asked "Did I have a charge of $3.97 on my card and who put it?". The answer was: "Yes, the company name is Nutra Lane, tel. number 800-595-4670" (the same as for GNS). After that I sent several emails to cancel the order to Customer support. No answer from them this time...

P.S. In the last minute I have got email from the Customer Support telling me: "You have been deactivated from the auto ship list". But I did not order it in the first place...

THIS IS THE FIRST UPDATE: 06/28/2009 I was contacted several times by Supervisor of the GNS/Nutra Lane through email. We had exchanged emails back and foreward. In the end, the supervisor had sent me this message: "Your order has been cancelled. I have refunded the $3.97 shipping and handling charge, and we have cancelled your autoship program and have canceled the scheduled charge for the trial bottles. You will not be billed for or receive any additional shipments and we do not require you to return your trial order, you are more than welcome to keep the products". I had replied with a lot of thanks to the supervisor and the company for understanding and correct decision. After that, the supervisor had sent me another email for a case if I will have any additional questions regarding the product or my order I can contact with the company and ask. I would like express my thanks to the supervisor again through this report. THIS IS THE SECOND UPDATE: 07/01/2009 Today I have got bottles from GNS (supply for 30 days), and from RESVERATROL ULTRA (supply for 15 days). Both companies advertise about FREE SAMPLE example. Both companies cancel my auto-ship order and not put extra charge to my credit card (I have checked already). You can order ResveratrolUltra through two Web sites (the same company). What surprised me is different ingredients. From my point of view GNS's Resveratrol is better. But I will not take any of them. Health comes from natural food!!!
