GMAC Mortgage Corporation, Ditech And All Other Hidden Subsidiaries Racketeering & Predatory Practices Ripoff Nationwide
GMAC Mortgage Corporation, Ditech, Home Financial, Republic Financial and a myriad of other similar GMAC subsidiaries without exception, carry out Predatory and Racketeering activities as a philosophy and common Corporate Policy in order to extort extraordinary and exorbitant profits from people that has been Profiled and marked for abuse by GMAC's System.
The typical tools used over and over on people that is unable to defend themselves due to economic, age or minority factors are: Intentional Delayed Posting of Payments, Retaining Payment Documents beyond due dates, adding false costs for un-necessary and never carried out inspections, creating False Escrows that are not a part of the Agreement Documents/Contracts and later, manipulating funds within the Escrow account and other false charges. Placing False FORCED Insurance when customer's insurance still in force and valid, paying these costs with monies from Payments thus, Intentionally and Falsely creating "Late or Missing Payments" and subsequently processing FALSE Foreclosures. GMAC Mortgage Corporation and subsidiaries also do not post or account for payments that are made in addition to Regularly Scheduled Payments and intended to be against the Principal sum only. Moreover, GMAC Mortgage Corporation blatanly and in writing refuses to provide details or copies of Loan/Mortgage Servicing Records, openly stating that they are not required to do so.
They abuse the fact that most of the people that they pray upon, has no means or ways to defend themselves and steal their homes, vehicles and/or any other property securing loans that in many instances have already been paid in full. GMAC Mortgage Corporation is a thieving entity, they steal from people and are in many ways protected by Courts and the System, which they use to obtain illicit profits without concern as to whom and how they hurt. GMAC Mortgage Corporation its Policy, its officers and System are Psychopath Criminals without any conscience, ethics or human values.
For whomsoever may be interested, I have complete and full documentation coroborating and supporting these statements and I will make it available to whomsoever may wish to use it in pursuing satisfaction and/or justice against GMAC

Please refer to my RipOff Report - How to Fight GMAC and WIN dated 5/4/06. I URGE EVERYONE TO CONTACT YOUR STATE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL REGULATION AND DO NOT STOP UNTIL YOU RECEIVE HELP. ALSO, CONTACT GMAC'S CORPORATE OFFICE AT: 215 682-1000 AND COMPLAIN TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN. If things did not work out for me, I was also going to contact the media - CALL YOUR LOCAL NEWS STATION OR BETTER YET, CONTACT A STATION IN A MAJOR METROPOLITAN AREA NEAR YOU. I live in the Washington, DC area and had planned to contact major national news stations there. Another tip, do not bother with the Iowa office of GMAC - I received absolutely no help at all from them - just a corporate run-around

I currently have file a lawsuit and if I could get a copy of the paper that HUD sends you then it will help me in my suit. Can you fax me a copy. Also, here are two cases of RESPA violations by GMACM Santiago v GMACM, and Holland v GMACM in which the courts awarded damages in favor of the plaintiffs against GMACM.

most of what you state here is all true i know i have been batttleing with gmac on most of this for 2 yrs now at the presant time iam waiting for the judge to decide if its worth going to trial over i too have tons of proof showing how they are ripping people off heres some more help last friday i called hud and respa as i had filed a complaint with them almost five weeks ago i was told by one of their agents that all hud and respa does was collect info and they have no power to enforce any laws that gmac may have broken after being told this thats when the sh-t hit the fan i began to yell at a janice madasion 202-708-0502 ext 2075 telling her that gmac is doing serious damage to people and that as a gov office they should be looking into this matter much more than they are then i spoke to a gerry hanson 202-708-0502 ext 2159 i spoke to her almost two yrs ago when this first happened after threating to go to the press about how this gov office is a waste of tax payers money i got a call back now thye are sending me a letter to confirm that gmac has violated one of their codes so now PEOPLE GET OFF YOUR BUTTS CALL THESE TWO LADIES AND START SENDING THEM THE INFO THAT THEY NEED MAKE THEM START LOOKING INTO GMAC AND MAYBE WE CAN START THE DOWN FALL OF THIS COMPANY the numbers are here its all up to you now RESPA FAX 202-708-4559 HUD FAX 202-708-4559 OR 4213 DO IT DO IT DO IT NOW
