GLORIOUS GRAPHIC &DESIGNER KINGDOM GLORIOUS GRAPHICS CEO/SENIOR OWNER GOES BY JAMES A MCNAMARA AND DENNIS P. MCNAMARA HE ALSO GOES BY THE TITLE OF PASTOR JAMES A. MCNAMARA HIS CHURCH NAME IS NEW DESTINY CHRISTIAN CENTER IN RHODE ISLAND A THIEF AND A LIAR Pawtucket Rhode Island
BASICALLY, THIS COMPANY PROMISED TO DELIVER A PRODUCT IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DID NOT. HE WAS PAID FOR THE ITEMS BUT DID NOT PRODUCE THEM. HE CONSTANTLY MADE EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. THE ITEMS (SEALS FOR BISHOPS, APOSTLES AND PATCHES) WERE NEVER RECEIVED. WHEN I ASKED FOR INVOICES, HE WOULD NEVER RESPOND. I TRIED TO GIVE TIME AS I KNOW THESE THING TAKE TIME TO CREATE, BUT EACH TIME I ASK OR INQUIRED ABOUT THE COMPLETION OF THESE ITEMS THERE WAS ANOTHER EXCUSE. I FINALLY BECAME FEED UP AND REQUEST A REFUND WHICH HE PROMISED TO PAY, ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. I NEVER RECEIVED IT., AND HE HAD STOPPED RESPONDING. I USED THE CASH APP TO SEND PAYMENT, SO I USED THE SAME APP TO REQUEST THE REFUND. HE HAD IGNORED THOSE REQUESTS. I HAVE CALLED, TEXT, EMAIL, AND FACEBOOK INSTANT-MESSAGE, TO NO AVAIL. HE IS STILL PROMOTING HIS BUSINESS ON FACEBOOK AND OTHER PLACES TO UNSUSPECTING CHURCHES, CLERGY, AND BUSINESS, TAKING PAYMENTS BUT NOT DELIVERING THE FINISHED PRODUCT, AND WHEN YOU REQUEST A REFUND HE KEEPS THE MONEY AND IGNORES YOU. One of the most dishonest unprofessional people ever!!! A STONE LIAR!!!- no good intentions on anything but tricking people out of their money DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY - he does nothing but lie and lie really good i hope and pray everyone that needs graphic work goes elsewhere. he is a great designer BUT A POOR BUSINESS PERSON. He does not refund customers, rush for money to do a job that he still cannot do AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS PERIOD. Makes me sick in the stomach with how these guys can stand up in church trying to preach and doing foolishness like this. I could only wish he does not get another customer until he resolves all these issues he has hanging over him right now.
